If your package gets lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or affected by the weather, contact us. We will ship your replacement with no additional charges as soon as possible, without the need to wait on an investigation conducted by the shipping company.
Compensation for stolen packages will not be issued if Package Protection is not purchased prior to the shipment of your order.

*Package Protection Claims are handled case-by-case, as unique situations are thoroughly investigated. Claims must be made within 21 days of purchase. Claims made beyond seven (7) days of purchase may not be refundable. Lost or stolen packages will only be reshipped once per order claim. In the case of theft or lost package, a claim must be filed with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) before the replacement package is re-shipped. Packages may be shipped to a different, more secure address if requested. Refunds are not issued for theft but may be re-shipped only after a claim has been made valid following an investigation.*

The cream arrived melted, and about half of the product had leaked out. It's a good cream, but I wouldn't recommend buying it during the warmer months because of how easily it melts. Smh.

These products made my beard, fuller and thicker
Items were shipped in an uninsulated box with a very small cold pack. The box did not sit at the house as it was handed directly to me by the driver and opened immediately once inside the house. The box was oil stained and the products ruined. I emailed and got an AI generated reply. I followed the instructions to file a claim with the shipping company and sent these photos. I have gotten no replies, however, it’s very easy to spend my money when I want to order more melted products. This is unacceptable! This was my second order and I like the products, but this will continue to happen and apparently Respected Roots is not interested in standing behind their products.

Both my son and my husband love the beard kit I purchased for them. The product smells great! I love how soft my husband’s beard feels.
I recently purchased a beard care set as a Father’s Day gift for my significant other, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When the package arrived, several of the products had leaked throughout the packaging, leaving the set messy, damaged, and completely unsuitable to give as a gift. The only item that arrived intact was the beard wash. Because of the condition in which the order arrived, I was forced to make alternative gift arrangements at the last minute, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. What should have been a thoughtful Father’s Day gift turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience. Given that this company appears to have been in business for some time, I expected appropriate packaging and shipping precautions to be in place to prevent spills and product leakage. Products containing liquids and oils should be properly sealed and secured before shipment, especially when they are sold as part of a gift set. Overall, this was a very disappointing purchasing experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its packaging and quality-control procedures to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. A refund should be offered as well.

Beard conditioner melted to a liquid due to the heat. Once it resolidified it was hard. I thinks it’s a really good product but once it melted the hardness messed it up.
The protection came in clean for the body butter and was wrapped up.

I had beard dandruff and your product cured it.
Recommend using a different packaging that will actually keep the ice block cold, just wrapping in tissue does not help with cold retention, or give customers who live in areas with hotter temperatures the option for insulation shipping. It may be a little extra but for customers like me who like good quality products, I'd be willing to pay extra for shipping that will actually work. Finally, when requesting info for shipping claims, it would be good to tell the customer you need photos of the UPS label. I received a request from UPS over 2 weeks later asking for a photo of the tracking label.

This is my second order and each time more than half of the beard conditioner was melted and all on the outside of the can. I love the product but I can’t keep paying for an entire order and receiving less than 1/2 of it. Put something inside that actually keeps the product cool and protected. Thank you.
If not one the highest/best quality products out here the it’s the highest quality. I noticed a difference within a little under a month. My beard has never looked this good let alone the softness and quality itself. Even with the texture my beard not just feels but is a lot more cleaner.
