*Package Protection Claims are handled case-by-case, as unique situations are thoroughly investigated. Claims must be made within 21 days of purchase. Claims made beyond seven (7) days of purchase may not be refundable. Lost or stolen packages will only be reshipped once per order claim. In the case of theft or lost package, a claim must be filed with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) before the replacement package is re-shipped. Packages may be shipped to a different, more secure address if requested. Refunds are not issued for theft but may be re-shipped only after a claim has been made valid following an investigation.*

While I appreciate you sending me a replacement package due to UPS losing the original. Simple communication is key. I was instructed to email the company. I did so and no response was given. Just a quick email would have been great. Just to letting me know I was being heard would have been great. But overall the product protection insurance is a good thing that you guys have that to reassure the customers product even though you guys hit us with a small fee . Other than that I definitely enjoy the products. But all the products at Respected Roots are great and I’ll be a Respected Roots customer for life. Thanks
My beard looks better and feels healthier since using Respected Roots products. I especially love the conditioner and the beard oil, which are easy to use, smells great, and softens my beard, which tends to be more coarse than I would like.
Since using Respected Roots there is very little hair breakage from my beard,, growth is good & texture and softness of my beard is incredible.

All 3 sets were sent in one box this caused the tops on the Co-wash to be cracked or broken or cracked not ideal for a christmas gift. It would have been great and I wold have gladly paid extra for a respected roots wodden comb for each set. I think your product is great and am trying to get my three adult sons using it long term a a comb with their "kit" would have been nice. I was a little disappointed that I had to give them gifts with broken or no tops. But they were still excited about the product!!
I have tried various products but experienced a lot of beard breakage. I’m working with the salt-n-pepper beard so I’m conscious of the greys getting that dingy look. Since I’ve been using RR I have not experienced either. Feels softer and getting thicker. I like the cold face wash💯

I can tell the difference after a few weeks of use. Immediately after using the foaming co-wash! A game changer! And get that pick or one just like it! Buy two oils, co-washes, and two conditioners at a time because you’ll run out quickly.

My product was not rich and creamy how it always has been in the past. It was more the consistency of melted ice cream that became solid once again. Paid over $100 and product had to be replaced originally and took extremely long to get to me.
I love how you guys added a small ice pack and bubble wrapped my conditioner to keep it from melting too bad.
