*Claims are handled on a case by case basis, as unique situations are considered. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Claims that are made beyond 10 days of purchase may not be eligible for a refund. Lost or stolen packages will only be reshipped one time per order claim. In the case of theft or lost package, a claim must be filled with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS etc.) prior to the replacement package being reshipped. Packages may be shipped to a different, more secure address if requested. Refunds are not issued for reason of theft but they may be reshipped.*
