I love the product, and I know they did what they could. (I had the shipping insurance) However, due to the heat, most, if not all, of the product was melted, which would not have been an issue if it hadn't leaked and become unusable.

I’m a fan of Respected Roots! Recommended to friends - and they love it too. One opportunity for improvement is in the packaging. Should you include a seal between the product and cap would be ideal!
