These products are great. My husband would have really dry skin so he would scratch his beard a lot and get patches. Now he says it stays moisturized all day and he hasn’t scratched it once!! They have helped him grow his beard out fuller and quickly he has never had a beard this full before. The products are easy to use and very manageable.
I brought this for my husband in April. I was thinking this might help because our nephew loves to pick his bread well he’s going to sleep. I wish I took pictures before he decided to use it to show the growth and its soft. However, it’s a small patch at the bottom that’s needs some tender loving care. I will do another one in a month
Product is decent. However shipment I received just today is faulty. RR packaged beard balm tin wrapped to two small cold packs., under plastic wrap. Balm melted and liquified, leaking from the container and wasted, making a huge mess on other shipped items in and inside the box. In esponse, RR emailed that I did not order package protection. However, O expained that the package was fine but their product inside was not in container adequate for shipment in mid summer. They knew summer heat was a problem because they included 2, condiment -sized ice packs which proved to be a waste of time for a cross country shipment. Verdict: Poor service in delivery. Even worse in customer service. I will not order again. I will not go round and round with a company so inconsiderate of customer. My loss. Beware.

I’ve been subscribed to Respected Roots for a while now and have ordered plenty of products over the years. That’s why I was surprised when my Tropical Self Care Kit arrived melted and leaking. When I opened the package, several of the products had clearly been affected by the heat and had leaked inside the box. It was pretty disappointing to see because I’ve come to expect a higher level of quality from a company I’ve consistently supported. To be clear, this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with any of my orders. That’s the only reason I’m taking the time to leave a review. I’ve always enjoyed the products and have recommended Respected Roots to others. Unfortunately, this shipment didn’t arrive in a condition that reflects the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. I’m hoping this was just a shipping issue related to the summer heat and not something that becomes a recurring problem. I remain a loyal customer and am confident the team will make it right, but I wanted to share my experience and provide honest feedback.
So I've a member since Aug 2025 and these products are truly amazing. The scent are great and leaves my hair and skin soft. My next order will include the body butter to give it a try.
