This video is from day 1 of my delivery. This is exactly the amount and texture of my conditioner. I know that this isn’t how it’s supposed to look because I’ve purchased your product multiple times. Either my wife or I have made the purchase and it’s never been in this condition. Also, this was AFTER, I sent an email because my first delivery only had the beard oil. This conditioner was sent later. It’s not even a full container, the texture is very gritty and in clumps

The whole can was melted when I received it. Which looks like most off it wasted. And the delayed day in shipping didn’t make it any better. Smells great just hot to waot for it to harden back up to even use whats left of it.

I have been a fan of the product but my last 2 orders of the Beard Conditioner has been short. Both times I received less than half of the conditioner. I really hope that you guys do better at that in the future because I really do like the product. I would hate to have to find another product. I'll try one more order and hopefully the issue is resolved, but if not then I am no longer supporting this product.
Your shipping process sucks. Was delayed with USPS and didn’t say it was delivered. Set in mail box for a day. This product cost to much for you to have melted product when we open it.
