Solid all the way around
Best thing I’ve used in years. Keeps my beard soft, clean and smelling good. I have very sensitive skin and the chemicals aren’t harsh.

I wish the portion was bigger and there was an after shave balm. That way I can switch completely over to Respected Roots. Right now on I’m split between Bevel and Respected Roots. Two BOBs but provide a product I need. I like my RRs regiment better than the competition. But I am Bald and the competition has an after shave formula.
I really enjoyed the product and the application process. The scent of the cream and oil are great. I saw some growth but not much thichening throughout the process. After 40+ days I had longer hair that smelled great, but still had some patchy areas.

I really like the concept behind the product, but after using the beard growth system I have seen very little actual improvement in beard growth. My suggestion would be to take a deeper look at the science of follicular stimulation versus beard conditioning. There is an important biological difference between creating healthier beard hair and actually stimulating additional beard growth. Oils and moisturizers can improve skin condition, reduce breakage, soften existing hair and make a beard appear healthier, but that does not necessarily mean they are increasing follicular activity, terminal hair density, hair diameter or the duration of the active growth phase. Facial hair growth is strongly influenced by androgen signaling, particularly testosterone, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), 5-alpha-reductase activity and the sensitivity of androgen receptors within individual facial follicles. Genetics also plays a major role, which means a topical beard product needs a mechanism capable of affecting follicular activity if “growth” is the intended outcome. I would encourage Respected Roots to consider conducting controlled testing that measures actual changes in beard density, hair-shaft diameter and growth rate rather than relying primarily on appearance or customer perception. There is clinical research showing that certain topical approaches can measurably affect facial hair follicles. For example, randomized placebo-controlled studies of topical minoxidil have demonstrated increases in facial hair density and hair diameter. There is also growing research into microneedling and follicular signaling, although much of that research currently involves scalp hair and the evidence is less established specifically for beards. I am not necessarily suggesting that Respected Roots simply add minoxidil. I think there is a bigger opportunity here. I would love to see the company investigate which ingredients and delivery methods have credible evidence for affecting the follicle itself, the dermal papilla, growth-factor signaling and the anagen growth phase, while maintaining the natural-product philosophy that makes the brand appealing. If the company could scientifically validate a formulation that does more than condition existing beard hair and actually produces measurable increases in terminal beard density or diameter, that would make the growth system significantly more compelling. I like the brand and wanted to provide this feedback because I think there is an opportunity to make the product considerably stronger by separating “beard health” from measurable “beard growth” and developing the system around that distinction.

First and foremost, the packaging needs to be significantly improved and made much more secure. When shipping products of this nature, especially to Texas where temperatures can be extremely high, the packaging and shipping process should take the weather conditions into consideration to ensure the product arrives safely and in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, my items arrived severely damaged and soiled. As a result, I did not receive the product in the condition that I should have. I have been ordering from you since May, and this is the first time I have experienced an issue of this severity, which makes the situation even more disappointing. Additionally, the communication regarding this issue needs to be improved. The response time and overall communication have been far too slow and relaxed, especially when a customer has received damaged merchandise. There should be a clear and accessible process for customers to report these types of issues and receive timely assistance. At this point, I am requesting that this matter be properly addressed, whether that means issuing a refund or sending a replacement shipment. I have been a returning customer, and I believe the situation should be handled in a way that demonstrates that my business and concerns are being taken seriously. I would appreciate a prompt response with a clear resolution to this issue.

I love the products. Why is the conditioner crumbly? The first order it was smooth and solid and creamy but my last 2 orders it was crumbly.

This is a wonderful product. It has definitely enhanced the fullness of my beard and has done great in eliminating the constant dryness I was dealing with. I also enjoy the fragrance.
Pros: The Royalty Scent Beard Conditioner and Beard Oil are on point. The Royalty scent smells amazing, softens my beard, and makes it easy to comb through like butter. My beard feels hydrated, healthy, and well-maintained after each use. The beard oil works great in combination with the conditioner, and together they’ve helped keep my beard looking fuller and encourage healthy growth. Cons: Honestly, I’m not too hyped about the Foaming Co-Wash. After using it, my beard feels dry rather than hydrated, and it also leaves the skin on my face feeling dry. The scent is great, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t work well for my beard type.
