My husband took the 14 day Herbal Detox, which included the Tommy Tea Tox and the Parasite Candida Cleanse. The beard conditioner works really good and it smells great. The only issue I have is that it took a long time to be delivered. It was also melted by the time it arrived. I did see that it was delivered with a small I pack but that didn’t help. With that said the melted product did not have the same effect the first time I used. This is my second time. I’ll try a third time to see if I can get the same results as my first time.
The products have been melted when delivered since May. I canceled my membership because this company hasn't made a real effort to fix the issue. The replacements even showed up melted.
It showed up in liquid form and it's almost gone. It usually last a lot longer. 1st time this has happened to me.
It's a great product, but the delivery experience was very disappointing. The cream melted during shipping, and about half of the product leaked out. I won't purchase it again during the warmer months unless the packaging or shipping method is improved.
