I was pretty happy with my current beard care product and routine, but after seeing this product online and also seeing them have a booth at my fraternity's convention, I decided to give it a try. I was hoping for a bit thicker texture, however, the package arrived a day later than initially indicated by the carrier, therefore the ice packs were melted and the conditioner was liquid and took some time to harden. Well, before respected roots I tried many of products that was designed for black men. The results were blend very oily no scent was not meeting my expectations. Your product came to my attention months ago but skeptic because of other black products that's out there. Finally I said I'm going to check them out read all your reviews so I place my first order. It's been about a month now and I'm really loving this product. The scent that each product have is wonderful makes your beard more manageable and groom well. I have been using this product for about a month and must say I love the smell. Additionally, the balm does make my beard softer! The oil also smells really nice. I can't speak for the growth of my beard as it hasn't seen tremendous growth, but I do get complements on it looking fuller. I wish this product was less expensive because it goes fast and is something I use every day. Overall, I will continue to purchase the balm but will use my own beard oil I make at home.
