Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Respected Roots. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:
Orders placed before 2 pm ET are processed and shipped the same day, excluding Holidays and Weekends.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
It is our goal to process all orders within two business days.
Orders may not always be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 2-3 additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Free! - USPS First Class (Default Standard) 3-6 business days
USPS Priority 2-5 business Days
Delivery delays due to weather and unforeseen events can occasionally occur. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delayed shipments.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Respected Roots ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Respected Roots is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, Lost Shipments & Shipping Insurance
Respected Roots is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This includes items delivered to the incorrect address, stolen packages, or melted products. Additional insurance can be purchased through ROUTE Shipping Insurance during checkout.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or ROUTE insurance (if you purchased additional insurance during checkout) to file a claim.
If your package arrives damaged save all packing materials and take at least 4 pictures of the damaged goods and damaged packaging from different angles before filing a claim or discarding your package.
International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
